How to message a supplier or retailer

You can reach out to a supplier or retailer about an order by clicking “Contact Supplier” or “Contact Retailer” under the Messages section on the order detail page.

Alternatively, you can contact a supplier or retailer from the Partners tab by selecting the relevant supplier or retailer from the list.
