As a supplier, you have control of the products you publish for your retailers to see. Here is how you publish your products:

1. On the "Products" tab Select the products you would like to share with retailers. This can be selected in either list view as per below or product view as per second image.

Note: if publishing all products, you can click the top checkbox in the left column to Select All more more efficiency.

2. Products selected for publishing will have a blue tick as per below.

3. Select the "Action" dropdown and choose "Publish".

4. You have the option to select "All Retailers" or click in the box next to "All Retailers" and your connected retailers will appear for selection.

5. Successful publishing will give you this message below:

*Note the eye in the bottom right corner has turned blue indicating the product is published.

6. The product has now been shared with the relevant retailers.

Common questions:

Why won't a product sync from Shopify to StockShare?

Draft products, products without inventory/stock, product description or price do not sync from Shopify to Stockshare. Also, ensure products do not have the same SKU code and Barcode.

I want to set a product active for a retailer, but not have it as active on my Shopify store.

As you cannot sync a draft product from Shopify to Stockshare, you will need to make sure the product is active in Shopify for it to sync to the retailer in StockShare. Then we recommend delisting the product from your sales channels in your Shopify Store as a solution.

Can a retailer see my COGS?

No, a retailer cannot see a suppliers' COGS in StockShare.

If I change a product's RRP in Shopify, will this sync to Stockshare?

Yes, when you change a products' RRP in Shopify, it will sync through to your StockShare. It is then up to the retailer if they have selected in their settings to update your products' RRP in their StockShare or not.
