When viewing orders on Stockshare, you’ll see two key reference numbers used to identify and track orders between Retailers and Suppliers.
SS ID
The SS ID is the Stockshare order reference number.
It’s a shared identifier used by both Retailers and Suppliers to reference the same order within StockShare.
Shopify Order #
The Shopify Order # references the Shopify order number from your Shopify store that is associated with the StockShare order. This helps you easily match and manage orders between your Shopify store and Stockshare. You can view both references in the Orders section on Stockshare.
Use the SS ID for communication within StockShare, and the Shopify Order # when cross-referencing with your Shopify store.
