Supplier payment transaction failed

When a transaction fails, the order update is temporarily held in an error queue for up to 14 days. In this case, the supplier hasn’t connected Stripe during that window, so the message expired and the order couldn’t progress automatically. Once Stripe is connected, the update has to be triggered manually to complete the order. Please contact StockShare Support for this manual fix.
