Yes. If an order is not fulfilled within the allowed timeframe and Stockshare cancels it, the payment will automatically expire and be refunded to the retailer—no action needed from either party (supplier or retailer).
- Is the retailer notified of the order cancellation?
Yes. The system automatically sends an email notification to the retailer when an order is declined or cancelled. The email includes the reason for cancellation—for example: "Order was not fulfilled after 6 days."
