As the retailer, you can choose whether or not your supplier’s RRP changes automatically sync into your StockShare. To select which option, navigate to your "Settings" on the left panel in your dashboard and click on "Apps".
Then flick the toggle "Sync RRP from supplier" and any supplier RRP updates will automatically flow through.
