Q1: The 48-hour timeframe for order initiation and dispatch – does this refer to business days, or does it include weekends and public holidays?

A1: The 48-hour timeframe refers specifically to business days only. Weekends and public holidays are not counted within this window.

Q2: Does the 48-hour timeframe mean the supplier needs to physically ship the order within 48 hours, or just accept the order in the StockShare app?

A2: The app displays each supplier's average dispatch time to promote accountability and transparency. If a supplier fails to dispatch products within the standard 48 business-hour window, their performance metrics will reflect the delay. This allows retailers to monitor supplier reliability and make informed decisions about future partnerships. While enforcement is not automatic, this visibility empowers retailers to choose suppliers who align with their delivery expectations.
